2. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD (or your selected currency) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We accept payment via PayPal and major credit/debit cards.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment is taken at checkout. No suit will be dispatched until payment is fully cleared.

3. Product Availability & Accuracy

  • We strive to display colours, fabrics, and measurements accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and artisanal craftsmanship.
  • In the rare event a specific fabric or material goes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately to offer a premium alternative or find a solution that accommodates your timeline.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Bespoke Production Time: Every suit is individually handcrafted to order. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for fabric sourcing, cutting, and tailoring before your order is dispatched.
  • Global Shipping Carriers: We ship worldwide with tracked, insured couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
  • Estimated Transit Times: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or force majeure.
  • Tracking Numbers: A tracking link will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your courier waybill is generated.
  • Delays & Customs: Delivery timelines are estimates only. We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures, local courier disruptions, or force majeure.
  • Duties and Taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are completely non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Bespoke Exclusion: Every suit is custom-tailored and handcrafted to individual specifications. Therefore, all custom-made, tailored, or monogrammed garments are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Bespoke Resolution: For fit issues, we offer complimentary local alteration reimbursements up to $20.00 USD or a free garment remake in the event of an unalterable production error, subject to the conditions outlined in our separate Return Policy.
  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Only off-the-rack accessories (ties, brooches, cufflinks) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, photography, designs, and branding on this website are the exclusive property of Vogexceptional World.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vogexceptional World shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control (war, natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, etc.).
