At Vogexceptional World, we strive to deliver premium men’s suits that embody luxury and exceptional craftsmanship. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to make it right.   • Bespoke Nature of Garments: Every suit at Vogexceptional World is custom-tailored and handcrafted to order. Because these garments are uniquely made to individual body measurements or design specifications, we do not accept returns or issue cash refunds for custom-made items.
  • Complimentary Alterations Policy: We want your suit to fit perfectly. If your garment requires minor adjustments upon arrival, we provide up to $20.00 USD (or local equivalent) in alteration credits. Simply visit a local tailor within 14 days of delivery, send a photo of the receipt to care@vogexceptionalworld.com, and we will reimburse you.
  • Remake Eligibility: In the rare event that a suit is completely unalterable due to a production error on our part, we will remake the garment free of charge. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs detailing the fit or measurement discrepancy.
  • Ready-to-Wear Accoutrements: Off-the-rack accessories (such as ties, cufflinks, and brooches) are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in their original luxury packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping for accessories is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Order Cancellations: Once fabric cutting and handcrafting begin (typically 24 hours after order placement and measurement confirmation), custom suit orders cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded.
