- Eligible Items: Most suits and accessories are returnable, except:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed suits).
- Final sale items, clearly marked at purchase.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
2. Return Process

- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return (e.g., fit, style preference).
- Receive Return Authorization:

- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
- Ship the Item:
- Package the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include the RA number on the return label or package.
- Ship to the address provided in the RA email (typically our fulfillment center, details confirmed upon request).
- We recommend using a trackable courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx) as Vogexceptional World is not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Processing:
- Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 5–7 business days.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) or offered store credit, based on your preference.
3. Refunds
- Refund Amount:
- Full refund for the item’s purchase price (excluding original shipping fees).
- Promotional discounts may affect the refund amount.
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the credit (e.g., 3–5 days for U.S./U.K./Canada banks).
- Non-Refundable Costs:

- Shipping: Customers cover return shipping; we cover outbound shipping for the exchange item within the U.S., U.K., or Canada.
